Hace un año y medio se estableció esta tetería en el pueblo de Toral de Merayo, a  tres kilómetros de Ponferrada, con un éxito sorprendente.

4 rodajas generosas de merluza -también valen unos buenos 

lomos- · 1 cucharada de harina · 1 cebolla · 200 ml de nata líquida · mantequilla · mostaza

Picamos la cebolla muy finamente y la ponemos a freír en una olla con una cucharada de 

mantequilla. Añadimos la harina rehogándola bien y, seguidamente, la nata.
